Villa 120 - Branson Hills

Amazing amenities are included with this beautiful 4 bedroom and 4 bath private villa at Branson Hills Golf and Country Club. Walk to the outdoor pool and tennis courts, play championship golf, or work up a sweat in the fitness center. All of these activities are just outside your door and you are just a few minutes to all of Branson's activities. This large 2,600 sq ft private villa has 4 King Bed Suites, each with it's own HDTV and attached bathroom. Each bathroom features a double vanity with a large mirror and beautiful stone tile step in showers. The large open space living area features a huge kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances and utensils. Eat at the breakfast bar or the dining room with seating for 8. Relax in front of the electric fireplace while watching the 55" HDTV above it. The open living room is a great gathering place with a wet bar and adjoining outside deck. The living room has a sleeper sofa as well as several additional chairs. wood floors, a work desk with a windows computer and more. The 30 ft outside deck is very private and has a propane grill, patio table and plenty of chairs. It is a wonderful spot to enjoy the Ozarks outdoors. The villa has free WIFI, a washer and dryer, and parking in front. There are 3 steps leading up to the front door and no steps in the villa and a handicapped accessible bathroom with grab bars and a step-in shower. PLEASE NOTE: Although this is a walk-in unit (no flight of stairs, but there are a couple of steps), our units are not ADA compliant. The front door has a minimum opening of 30". Neither the bedroom nor bathroom doors are ADA compliant.
